• enhancing children’s social skills

• child-led play to increase connection with your child

• using praise to enhance positive behaviours and self-esteem

• establishing routines

• setting clear rules and boundaries

• selectively using consequences, such as ignoring, loss of privilege, and time to calm down

The programme is run, with the support of interpreters, in the families' native languages.
