At ROC, we are driven by a passionate and dedicated team, including a strong management team and an experienced board of trustees who provide guidance and strategic direction. Their leadership ensures that we stay focused on our mission of empowering former refugees to become independent and thriving members of our New Zealand community.

But what truly makes ROC special is our incredible group of over 80 volunteers. These individuals bring their time, energy, and expertise to support a wide range of practical programs for children, youth, and adults. United by a shared commitment to acceptance, love, and growth, our volunteers are central to achieving our goal of self-sufficiency for those we serve.

Together, our management team, board of trustees, and volunteers work hand in hand to create a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals can learn, grow, and contribute as valuable assets to their new country.
